While herself, the party and steve were closer to the Byers home then her dad and Jane as well as the Byers and Nancy and she knew how much time it took for them to get back she felt herself getting more and more nervous with each passing second. She knew her dad was strong, hell he went with Jane who could probably destroy anything and everything but that didn’t make her feel better. Hearing a car finally pull up she ran to the door and flung it open nearly tripping over Mike who was doing the same. Jane was the first she saw and for a moment worry hit her before hearing the driver seat door close. Rushing over arms were open before nearly tackling her dad in a tight hug.
